Scope
This policy applies to the public KAIX website and its contact and product pages. Smart Lawyer and Smart Legal Academy have their own policies, according to the nature of their data and services.
Data we receive
The public website does not require an account. When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, and project description.
How we use it
- Replying to inquiries and project requests.
- Routing product requests to the responsible team.
- Protecting the website and analyzing faults and security events, only as far as necessary.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to those who need it for the purpose, and KAIX keeps it only as long as legally and operationally required.
Website performance measurement
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page performance and visits in aggregate. Cloudflare’s script sends page-load timing to the website’s own domain when a page finishes loading and when you leave it, and Cloudflare states that it does not track visitors across its customers’ websites.
The Eid assistant
When you use Eid, your written messages, and your voice recording if you press the microphone button, are sent to the AI provider Google Gemini to generate the reply, transcribe speech, and speak the reply, and the provider processes them under its own terms. KAIX does not store conversations or recordings on its servers.
The conversation stays in your browser, in the current tab, for at most two hours, and display and voice preferences are saved in your browser. The microphone works only when you press it. Do not share passwords or sensitive personal data in the conversation.
Contact form and quick search
The contact form prepares an email in your own mail app; the website does not store or send what you type. Quick search and the product guide run entirely in your browser.
